As a Head of Service, I have recently worked with Steve to deliver Debt Management Training to my wider teams and Coaching and Mentoring Skills to my Seniors and Managers. Steve had a good understanding of the challenges that we face and was also able to tailor the training to the specific needs and the different knowledge and experience of the team. The training delivered a good mix between theoretical and practical and enabled a good interaction amongst the teams. Whilst some of the team were a little apprehensive about live online training rather than classroom, the feedback I had afterwards was that Steve had made it enjoyable and they found the sessions very useful to their work. Steve was not only thorough but also easy to work with and always willing to discuss my requirements and respond to questions.
