He has extensive experience of being an executive team member and leading HR at large, global, technology companies such as Colt Technology Services, O2, Misys and BT, and also at the digitally transforming companies William Hill Online and the FinTech scale-up WorldRemit; He has also worked within executive search and HR consultancy. And as a coach he employs a natural open, honest, positively-challenging style to engage with clients and to agree with them their goals and then help them to understand themselves better.
