Steve has over 25 years’ experience as a Learning & Development practitioner. He has held interim director and senior management roles for major corporate companies internationally.

He is skilled in working with leadership teams and operations to define and implement board level change to increase customer experience across the organisation. He specialises in the design and delivery of L&D interventions and specialist coaching and training programmes. He has worked with many public sector organisations in the UK, including local government and social housing. His international experience includes Asia and the Far East delivering complex, multi stakeholder programmes and aligning BPO and service partner operations with US and UK customer operations. Programmes include: Managing change, building culture and aligning behaviours with values, leadership and management skills, customer experience, competency framework development, frontline staff support, help desks and quality management.
He enjoys working in challenging environments and is skilled in working with people. He is an advocate and role model for continuing personal and professional development.
