John Weir

John started his career in Technology back in the mid-eighties in London involved in the delivery of Analogue telecom services (Telephony, Paging etc..). John is the go-to guy for all things technology and disruption be it Telecom, Fintech, InsureTech etc. And has a wide range of experience in both sector and geography and is a mix of Scottish and Dutch no-nonsense management style.

John lives in Kampala, Uganda with his partner Ciara, and has 3 adopted children and 1 biological daughter. He enjoys travel, keeping abreast of technology developments, keeping fit, reading history and loves to cook.
