I am a Chartered Procurement and Supply professional with wide experience in procurement and financial roles in the Public Sector including Social Housing, Local Government and Education.

With over 15 years experience, I have a demonstrable track record of strategy development, leading procurement teams and delivering cost and efficiency savings.
Now a freelance procurement consultant, I specialise in working with Clients to develop procurement strategies linked to corporate objectives, develop option appraisals for alternative delivery models, assess contract risk sharing, performance management and incentive options and deliver end-to-end procurement processes ensuring compliance with Public Procurement Legislation. My aim is to simplify the procurement process for Clients, ensuring project outcomes deliver their strategic objectives.
I specialise in evaluating delivery outcomes, market engagement activities, options appraisals for alternative delivery models and leading cross-functional project teams to deliver front-line service improvements. I have taken the lead on sourcing strategies for a range of spend categories including planned investment works, estate services, grounds maintenance and hard facilities management services.

Since moving into procurement consultancy, I have worked on high-value, complex procurement projects for a variety of clients, including NHS, local government, higher and further education establishments and Primary and Secondary Schools.
